It has been snowing crazy! Yesterday, after I came back from lunch, I looked outside of the window where I am sitting now and it was snowing in an angle! It was beautiful but unbelievable that it could create such a mess on the high way, such that it took me 1.5 hours to get home. A distance that I usually cover in less than 20 minutes!!
This week was full of many news, my pishi's visa for landing came through and I had to get a new passport so, finally I managed to take my pictures and start on completing the forms. I heard that it takes around 2 month nowadays because of the rush of passport request for the US, air border requirements! I hope it gets through too, since we have been trying to plan one week vacation out of Canada soon.
HR told me few days ago that today will be the day that they will send me the offer for my new position in QA; I am very excited to see that. My pishi as well was promoted last week and starting this week he will be his team leader! My car finally passed it's emission test after failing once for CO!! I am glad that minimal fixing was only required and pishi renewed our car's licence. The tasks that I wanted to before March was hitting the bookstore, Finishing Eleven Minutes, Ordering the frames I wanted. Hopefully this weekend, I get time to do them, if the weather permits. Last but no least, I am excited to see my girlfriends from school soon.

Last weekend, for the second time in my life, I went skiing at blue mountain. It was Telus Ski event and pishi and I participated in their day. It was great. I couldn't believe, how I remember, some techniques, pishi showed me 2 years ago!I am not scared of being out of control as before, however, need more practice, height is another thing, which hopefully, I conquer that at some point too! By the time we got home, we both were so exhausted we slept for 12 hours!! The day after was more relaxing, spent time, cooking, cleaning and playing cards and chess! needless to say that I won;) and end up watching the Oscars. This week, I have planned to finish the tasks I have planned for the month of February. Hopefully before March begins!!
